Like it or not (and chances are you don't) Kim Kardashian is one of the most talked-about celebrities of all time. Because of her international fame, when Kim does or says something ridiculous, we all know about it pretty fast and there's a lot of people teasing her about it.

However, the latest blunder Kimmy has gotten herself into might be one of the most laughable by far.

If we know anything about Kim Kardashian it's that she loves being a businesswoman, and to her credit, she is a dang good one.

She turned 15 minutes of fame into a global brand and brought her sisters and mom along for the ride.

In fact, even people who aren't major fans of Kim are interested in what business venture she's investing in next.

From her super successful videogame to her makeup line to her clothing brand Skims, Kim is never short of million-dollar ideas, which is probably why she, along with her sisters, were asked about their best advice for women in business during their interview with Variety.

Putting Kim's good business and work ethic aside, there is no denying the Kardashian and Jenner ladies were born into privilege.

Growing up rich means being able to focus on dreams and ambitions without having to worry about working a traditional job like most teens and young adults.

However, instead of acknowledging the headstart they had in life, the Kardashians chose to take a different approach.

Kim told Variety that she had "the best advice" for professional women.

"I have the best advice for women in business: Get your [expletive] ass up and work. It seems like nobody wants to work these days."

"That's so true," Kourtney adds, after famously being the one sister who hasn't cared about work much in the past.

"You have to surround yourself with people that want to work," Kim continues.

"Have a good work environment where everyone loves what they do, because you have one life. No toxic work environments."

When it came to being asked if she cares about being someone who is famous for being famous, Kim got even more candid.

"We focus on the positive. We work our [explective] off. If that’s what you think, then sorry. We just don’t have the energy for that. We don’t have to sing or dance or act; we get to live our lives — and hey, we made it. I don’t know what to tell you."

Khloe also chimed in with her advice, saying: "You just have to do what you're actually passionate about. It's not easy, regardless of how it looks."

She said that because of social media, people think their lavish lifestyle comes easy to them.

As you can imagine, this advice from privileged women who were born into a rich family did not go over well.

"She has the money to make sure all of her needs are met," tweeted one critic. "She can take a day off whenever she needs. Her parents were rich and she never had to worry about a business venture being the end all be all for her. She was afforded the opportunity to take risks."

"What an insult to women who actually have to work for a living," echoed a different crtic. I can't tell who's more tone deaf: Kim Kardashian or Variety."

People also pointed out the hypocrisy of this statement coming from Kim, whose companies have reportedly contributed to unethical child labor.

"literally what is she famous for she has other people make everything for her for $8 an hour. shut needs to shut up this is embarrassing," tweeted one user.

"Kim Kardashian Davidson didn’t realize how tone deaf that was that she said? In this economy?" echoed another.

Kim has yet to comment on the backlash.
