Taylor Swift Fans Are Working Harder Than The FBI After She Shares Cryptic Photos

If you're like me, then you've spent these past few days being fully invested in every theory about her upcoming seventh album, lovingly referred to from here on out as TS7.

If you're a normal human being, then you might not have realized that her photos seem to have cryptic messages.

Don't worry, I'll explain everything.

Taylor Swift never does anything by accident.

And back in October, she teased that she was excited for the "next chapter" at the American Music Awards.

This signified the start of the TS7 era, and fans have been on the hunt for clues ever since then.

The first major theories started when fans received their 2019 calendars, and noticed random dates marked.

Specifically, there's a flower on March 2nd, which leads us even deeper into the rabbit hole of theories.

Taylor hardly ever posts on social media, so when she started posting a few photos in succession, it piqued our interests.

First, she shared a photo that featured seven palm trees, and captioned it with seven palm tree emojis.

Fans took the photo to be a hint towards the seventh album. They also thought that the grouping of the palms meant something deeper.

The next day, she shared a photo of her sitting on her staircase before heading to the Oscars after party.

Fans couldn't help but notice that if you count the steps from the bottom, she's sitting on the sixth step.

The next day, she shared another photo of herself looking through holes in a fence.

Fans started to clue in that maybe she was doing a countdown and noticed that there were five holes in the fence.

Remember that Taylor almost never posts on social media, let alone so many photos in succession, so it had to mean something, right?

Fans waited patiently for another post from Taylor, hoping that it would have number 4 hidden somewhere.

And to everyone's disappointment, she didn't share a photo.

Interestingly enough, Taylor's friend, Iris Apatow, posted about it on her Instagram story, and then deleted it.

We honestly have no idea what it means, but it's something.

After skipping a day, Taylor's most recent post was of her cat, Olivia.

"She just read all the theories," she captioned the photo.

And trust me, this seriously sent fans into a frenzy, determined to keep their countdown theory alive.

This is currently an accurate representation of every single Swiftie right now.

I could spend hours diving into even deeper theories about TS7 and conspiracies about Scrabble (yes, they exist), but I'll spare you for now.

Just know that exciting things are happening, and it's going to be good.
