Whether you love her or love to hate her, there's no doubt that Taylor Swift is someone you should not mess with.

Along with causing mega controversy and building major hype with her new music, Taylor has now shattered several YouTube records with the music video for her new single.

"Look What You Made Me Do" now holds the record as the most viewed music video in a 24-hour period.

Taylor broke Adele's record for single-day views on Vevo, which she held with 27 million views on her video for the song "Hello."

The video's director, Joseph Kahn, excitedly shared this news on Twitter, announcing the number of views was at 39 million.
