Her uncle also had one and as an adult there’s a scare on his lip and nose and he has a minor speech thing (I don’t want to say impediment because I don’t think it’s that noticeable but he’s also not talkative so idk) my niece’s nose was also cleft and she’ll need plastic surgery to completely fix that.
