They say that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, and the same can be said about home decor. There are those people who like to follow all the latest trends, and there are some folks whose tastes are a little bit more eccentric. Which one are you?

I'd like to say I'm a bit of both. But if you tend to gravitate towards the bizarre, you'll like these questionable decor choices I'm about to show you below. Check them out, and let me know your favorites.

This Unusual Tile Choice

Wait a minute. What am I looking at here? Are these bullets I see in this bathroom tile? I mean, what the heck? Why in the world anybody would think this was a good idea is beyond me. This is just in bad taste, no?

This Toilet

reddit | u/Dr_Zol_Epstein_III

Okay, so I like fine China as much as the next person. However, I've never seen it used like this before. I have to admit this is the weirdest thing I have seen in a while. I'm not even kidding you, hee-hee.

This Couch Set

Oh my goodness, what have we got here? Something tells me that this odd decor set would be perfect at the Dog the Bounty Hunter's home. Am I right? Or perhaps for anybody who lives in Texas, hee-hee. Do you get what I'm saying?

These Radiator Chairs?

Wowza! I have to say this is a first for me. I can be honest when I tell you that I've never seen anything like this before. Why would somebody make radiators as chairs? Nobody is going to use them as seat warmers. At least, I hope not.

This Interesting Lamp

reddit | u/Drunksnortsss

I'm pretty sure this is the sort of lamp nobody asked for, and yet it exists, lol. This is definitely the kind of piece that you can find in an eccentric grandma's place. But somebody actually took this home and displayed it proudly.

This Funny Painting

I know some people want to put masterpieces on their walls, but this isn't it, folks. At least, I don't think so. But if you're into that kind of thing, perhaps you can appreciate this piece of art. I'll have to pass.

This Cringe-Worthy Foot Stool

reddit | u/PermianExtinction

Oh, heck no! This is just awful. If I saw this in somebody's home, I would probably just chuck it out the window, lol. If this isn't bad taste, I don't know what is. And now I would really like to unsee it.

This Lovely Bathroom

reddit | u/Currynrice9728

Um, this is quite an unusual decor, no? I feel like I've escaped from reality and stepped into the French Revolution era. The most baffling part is how they decorated the shower. That idea can't be all too sanitary, huh? I just hate this whole space here.

This Creepy Couch

reddit | u/NonZealot

And here I thought Children of the Corn were the creepiest of them all. Not until I saw this couch, that is. What in the heck is it anyway? Why are these children gawking at whoever is sitting on it? Can anybody explain this to me?

This 8.6-Million Dollar Kitchen

reddit | u/rrrrrivers

What if I told you that you could find this kitchen in an 8.6-million dollar home? Oh, yeah. That's right. I guess it's true when they say, "there's not accounting for taste." Am I right, or am I right?

This Strange Bathroom

reddit | u/Dr_Zol_Epstein_III

Speaking of being rich, how do you like this strange sight here? I don't know. If I had all the money in the world, I still wouldn't decorate my bathroom like this, lol. It's definitely a head-scratcher, huh?

This Odd Room Divider

reddit | u/TadpolMilkYT

Some people get creative when they want to separate two rooms. I've seen a few cool ideas already but using a measuring tape to do so, it's definitely an odd choice, no? Why would one do that? I have no idea.

These Toilet Covers

reddit | u/hernameisDAEM

I don't know about you, but this toilet cover reminds me of a baby bassinet, lol. Why would anybody think this was sanitary is beyond me. Imagine how dirty all of these would get on a daily basis. Ugh! This is really grossing me out.

These Chic Plywood Kitchen Cabinets

reddit | u/Spaztastcjak

Holy moly! I have seen some questionable kitchen decor before, but this takes the cherry on the top of the cake. I think this is the epitome of plywood chic, hee-hee. I don't know about you, but I don't like it one bit.

This Interesting Chair

reddit | u/RUBIKSrchimede

Oh my goodness, hee-hee. I don't know about you, but I kind of like this chair. Not sure if it would be comfortable to sit in, but it sure is a conversation piece. Do you get what I'm saying? It's cute. Isn't it?

This Moss-Like Carpet

reddit | u/EltioEmiGomez7u7

First of all, I'm vehemently opposed to putting carpet in the bathroom. But to make it look like moss is even more baffling to me. All I can say when I look at this is why? Why would you do this to yourself and your guests? It's so gross, no?

This Bizarre Home

reddit | Reddit | u/lifeinpinkk

Check this out: Apparently, there's a house out there that's been decorated with 75,000 empty Fosters beer cans. You don't say? I have to say it looks kind of cool from far away, but I'm sure once you get close, it's pretty baffling, no?

Oh, wow! What did I tell you, huh?

Jimmy Fallon saying "Awful ... Awful."

I don't know what the people who decided on this home decor thought, but it's a no-go for me, ha, ha. It's one thing to have a bizarre figurine in your home, and it's quite another to base your entire space around it. Somebody needs to give these folks a lesson in what's good taste vs. what's awful. Which piece baffled you the most?
