Of all the many memorable characters on Schitt's Creek, arguably none was more fun to watch than series co-creator Dan Levy — AKA David Rose.

Over the years, fans got to bear witness to David's metamorphosis from a snobby NYC elitist, to a true Schitt's Creek Towney with a heart of gold. So to celebrate all the wonderful memories he's given us, here are 15 times that David Rose was "Simply The Best."

The only thing funnier than David explaining to Jake how he thought he was "shame-eating" in private, was the fact that the country rube had absolutely no idea what David was talking about.

David may be the most reluctant townsperson in Schitt's Creek, but he also might be one of the most genuine. Helping Jocelyn plan hers and Roland's baby sprinkle party showed how much he truly cares for his friends.
