Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly (MGK) may have met in 2020, but their relationship has been manifested ever since Fox was four years old.

She revealed this recently in her most candid interview in years with Glamour, along with a lot of other stuff to unpack.

This includes how these twin flames have a cosmic connection that includes "psychedelic hallucinations" and "tantric night terrors." And, of course, Megan got real on whether she and MGK really drink each other's blood.

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly's relationship has been intense since the beginning.

The pair first met while filming the movie Midnight in the Switchgrass in 2020. This was months after Megan split from her husband, Brian Austin Green.

"I knew right away that he was what I call a twin flame," Fox said during the couple's first joint interview on Lala Kent and Randall Emmett's podcast.

Megan Fox continued:

"Instead of a soulmate, a twin flame is actually where a soul has ascended into a high enough level that it can be split into two different bodies at the same time,"

"So we're actually two halves of the same soul, I think. And I said that to him almost immediately, because I felt it right away."

Since then, they've been attached at the hip.

And at the fingernails, as evident by when chained themselves together at the launch of Kelly's nail polish brand, UN/DN LAQR.

These antics have raised quite a few eyebrows, much like other hell-raising couples before them, such as Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thorton, along with Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee.

And much like Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thorton, Megan and MGK have revealed that they drink each other's blood.

The first mention of this was made during the couple's announcement of their engagement. On January 12, Megan shared a video of MGK proposing under the same tree they sat under in 2020.

"And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes.…" Megan wrote.

And then she shocked fans by writing, "And then we drank each other’s blood."

Some people didn't believe it.

Since then, some investigating was done to see if they really drank each other's blood.

The truth to this was shed in Megan's most candid interview yet with Glamour. “Yeah. So, I guess to drink each other’s blood might mislead people," Megan began.

"Or people are imagining us with goblets and we’re like Game of Thrones, drinking each other’s blood,” Megan continued.

“It’s just a few drops, but yes, we do consume each other’s blood on occasion for ritual purposes only."

I can't say I've ever tried it!

Ah, for ritual purposes. It all makes sense now.

Megan explained that she's really into tarot cards, astrology, and metaphysical practices. The blood-drinking takes place during rituals on new moons and full moons. "And so, when I do it, it’s a passage or it is used for a reason."

"And it is controlled where it’s like, ‘Let’s shed a few drops of blood and each drink it.’"

So it is true.

Not surprisingly, MGK is much more dramatic during these, um, events. "He’s much more haphazard and hectic and chaotic," she shared.

"Where he’s willing to just cut his chest open with broken glass and be like, ‘Take my soul,’” Megan said.

She even mimicked her lover's chest-bearing, chest-slashing passion. When asked if this actually happens, Megan didn't deny it.

Um, okay.

“It doesn’t not happen,” she said with a laugh.

“Let me tell you. Maybe not exactly like that, but a version of that has happened many times.”

If this is just their regular Tuesday night, can you imagine how their wedding will be? Insane.
