15 Bosses Who Were Shamed By Their Employees Online

Some bosses are nice, and others are absolute evil human beings. Just because you are in charge, doesn't mean you have to be a no good, horrible person. But, some employers and bosses have not gotten that memo, as shared by these dozens of Reddit users who are not blowing up their spots for everyone to see online. Sucks to suck!

So much for a holiday gift.

Right around the holidays, some bosses will give holiday gifts to their employees.

This employee received a $50 gift card to Walmart, and was super happy until he saw that the gift card was deducted from his following paycheck. What a jerk!

No vacations? No problem.

Some bosses have a problem with employees taking designated vacation time. Sometimes, this can backfire because people will get fed up, like this one employee who totally quit over it.

Can't treat your employees like workhorses!

This is taking it to a new level.

Apparently, this boss can't allow their employees to charge any devices on the work premises. Therefore, they will "deduct" electricity charges from their paycheck.

Not like they need to use electricity anyway, nope not at all...

Look who ate the whole pie.

One Reddit user shared that they had brought in a pecan pie to work and by 12:00 PM, it was totally missing and they couldn't find it.

Leave it to their boss to be eating the entire pie alone.

What a waste!

Another Reddit user said when they have company pizza, their boss refuses to allow anyone to take any of the pizza home.

Instead, they throw all of the pizza into the trash. What a waste of food!

How awful.

The shift manager had told their boss that he got diagnosed with colon cancer and instead of being supportive, their boss goes and tries to replace him within the same day.

What a terrible human!

No one gets a day off.

Thanksgiving is a holiday where we all want to be with our families, but if you work here for this guy, you can kiss that dream goodbye.

Either show up on the holiday when they are closed or get fired.

This is wrong on every level.

Going beyond wrong is putting a camera in a bathroom that employees use.

No matter what, employees and individuals are entitled to privacy, especially in the bathroom. This boss is not just a jerk, he's a disgusting human.

His mistake, we pay.

The Reddit user said that his boss accidentally ordered packets of pepper instead of a huge bag to refill the shakers so now he is stuck cutting open hundreds of pepper packets to fill the shakers all day.

Have a complaint?

When you want to file a complaint with your boss, but your boss doesn't take you seriously.

Apparently, this "hurt feelings" report is the proper reaction when someone says, "Hey, I have a problem."

If you want water, you pay for water.

Even if you work for a multimillion-dollar company, apparently, you don't get free water.

Employees at this company had to chip in together in order to get themselves an office water cooler. Imagine, needing to pay for your own water?

This is crossing the line.

Crossing the line is telling women that if they are going to wear tight pants at work, they need to not wear full underwear because the boss is not happy with them not wearing "thongs."

Tips aren't for the employees, oh?

This boss apparently thinks that he deserves all of the tip money because they "Belong to the employer."

Not the employee who is working their tail off to make sure they get the tips, nope, never.

No privacy here.

An employee discovered that in the break room, under the community table where people sit and talk, someone planted a recording device.

Who? Most likely their boss/employer to spy on them all.

Swell!

Being attacked at work deserves some support by any boss. But, this boss is so lazy, they refused to fire the "drunk" employee for not only being drunk at work, but also for attacking someone else.

Wow.
