Sometimes things work out as usual. You encounter absolutely no problems in your daily life.
Unfortunately, there are also those times when things go awry. And when that happens, you can give up, or you can think quickly on your feet to come up with a solution.
Which way do you go? These folks decided to go with the latter, and we should all applaud them for that.

It really does suck when your eyeglasses break. I've had that happen to me, and let me tell you, I wasn't happy about it. This person obviously didn't have the time to get them fixed, so they did it themselves, hee-hee.
What in the heck is going on? I mean, the critical thinking skills displayed here are top-notch, eh? Don't you think? The thinking, in general, is what's concerning but at least the phone is charging. Am I right?
Comfortable desk chairs are sure expensive. I know that, and that's why I'm still using my old one. This person wasn't ready to spend the dough, so they "fixed" it using duck tape and picture frame holders. Right on!
How do you deal with rain flooding in through the seams in the door? I would say do some caulking, but no, this person clearly thought this was a better solution for it here. What do you think?

We always seem to have an issue with our doorbell. Sometimes it works, and other times it doesn't. These folks had the same problem, so they figured out a way to solve it. I'm totally stealing this idea here, ha, ha!
