14 Designers Who Understood Their Assignments

Who here is a fan of creative designs or architecture? I sure am. It's so much fun to marvel at the gems those creative types come up with, huh? Honestly, I can spend all day looking at pictures like that.

So if you're like me, I bet you're going to get such a kick out of looking at these visuals. Knock yourself out.

1. This Sunken Restaurant

Say "hello" to the world's first sunken restaurant. This architectural gem can be found in the icy waters of the North Atlantic Ocean in Lindesnes, Norway.

The structure is designed to fully integrate into its marine environment over time. Absolutely stunning, no?

2. This Sink

What's so special about this sink, you ask? Well, it's subtle but did you notice where the drain is located? That's right — it's right under the soap dispenser. That way, any extra soap will get washed away without staining the sink. Genius!

3. This Coffee Table

I don't know if I ever told you that I'm obsessed with octopuses. I even have a tattoo of the blue-ringed octopus, which is the deadliest one of them all. So, this gorgeous coffee table is definitely calling my name.

4. This Puzzle Carpet

Do you like to change up your home decor often? Oh, yes? Then you should get your hands on this puzzle carpet here. With this beauty, you'll have plenty of different visual options. Don't you love it?

5. This Bathroom

I know I've mentioned to you before that I absolutely love beautiful bathrooms. In addition to the kitchen, it's my favorite place in a home. This small bathroom here is giving me all kinds of good vibes.

6. This Awesome Couch

Why have a couch that only faces one way? When you can get one that fits your entire family. I would never have thought of something like this, but now that I see it, I want it.

7. This Pool

One of my dreams is to one day have an outdoor pool. This one here is simply divine. I would have so much fun swimming around and taking my time. Ah, one can dream. Am I right?

8. This Bag

All you need to do is look at this bag to know immediately what's inside — glasses, of course! It's really cool to see how the designer incorporated the bag's handle into this concept.

9. This Cozy Nook

I don't know about you, but I love a cozy nook. If I could set up something like this in my backyard, it would be so zen and chill. The first step is to get one of those hanging egg chairs.

10. This Continuous Banister

Can you believe somebody came up with this cool continuous banister back in the 1930s? Wow, that's some forward-thinking, no? I would do something else with the tile, but I guess that's all they had to work with back then.

11. This Caution Sign

"Thought this was a very clever way to make a caution sign. It's still highly visible and does its job but with some fun. As an added bonus, it was in a Jamba Juice so it makes sense with their aesthetic," said the Reddit user who shared this pic.

12. This Built-In Bar

I've always wanted to have a cool bar at my place. I wish somebody could design one like this for me. It was actually conceptualized by an artist Patrick Gwynne in Homewood House, 1938, Surrey, UK.

13. This Visually Stunning Alley

If you're ever visiting Spain, make sure you don't miss this place here. It's a winery called Bodega Tio Pepe in the south of Spain in Jerez de la Frontera. I love how they incorporated natural beauty to shade this alley.

14. This Iron Tree

What would you think if you saw a building with a tree feature like this, huh? I could marvel at it for hours. A clever designer built this giant iron tree into the side of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture building. Wow!

As I said earlier, I could stare at cool pictures like these all day.

It's one of my favorite ways to waste time, hehe. How about you? Is looking at impressive design and architecture one of your favorite pastimes, too?
