But, we've never heard of anyone using these kinds of events to completely blindside an ex and get revenge.
Recently, one mom caught the eyes of everyone on social media with her party idea.

Instead of having a gender reveal party for her baby, she decided to have a "paternity test reveal party," to expose her baby daddy.
Brazilian mom Millena Brandao is a mom to two boys.
When she was pregnant with her second son, her then-partner began raising doubts that he was actually the father of the child.
When she was six-months-pregnant, the couple split up.

Millena's ex-partner maintained that he would not be in the new baby's life until he knew for sure that the baby was his.
"I told him that I was absolutely sure that the child was his,” Millena said in an interview with local media.
When the baby was born, a DNA test was ordered to determine the paternity of the child.
Millena asked her ex-partner to take a DNA test to prove that her son was indeed his. Both parties took the test, but when she received the results, Millena held onto them.
Her friends suggested she throw a "paternity test reveal party."
Millena loved the idea and decided to record the occasion. Instead of revealing the baby's gender, she would reveal the baby's father.
As with traditional gender reveal parties, Millena decorated her home with balloons.
She also had a cake topped with question marks and wore some on her shirt as well. It looked like a Pinterest-worthy party!
She even had specific colors for the occassion, too.
She said if the confetti in the balloon was silver, her ex was indeed the baby daddy. But, if the confetti was blue, he was not.
Low and behold, the confetti was silver.
The video has now gone viral all over social media, even prompting her ex to see the video — which is how he actually found out he is the baby's father.
After seeing the video, her ex got in touch with her.
After the video was posted, her ex reached out to her and said, "His lawyer would be in touch." Millena also shared the results of the paternity test in her Instagram post.
People online absolutely loved this pettiness.
Many people left comments saying that it was "savage" and amazing of the mom to do. Others said to "save" the video as proof and get that child support.
Overall, many people online applauded Millena for her idea.
After her video went viral internationally, numerous people commented on Millena's post giving her praise and saying she was an inspiration.
Some even said she may have started a trend!
