Guy Loses 70 Pounds, And Looks Like A Disney Prince Now

Anyone who's taken on the challenge of weight loss knows that it's a complex journey that involves a combination of both physical and mental strength.

Therefore, I applaud anyone who's decided to make a healthy change for themselves in that department.

I especially applaud Jeffery Kendall, whose weight-loss journey showed me that Prince Adam truly does exist.

Well, in physical form, anyway.

But still — take that, anyone who ever said Beauty and the Beast was just a fairy tale!

Jeffrey shared his pre-weight-loss photos on Reddit.

"I've lost a lot of weight," wrote Jeffery, "a lot of sadness, and a little facial hair. I've gained a whole new appreciation for life."

"Remember to always love yourself," he added.

Amen to that!

In his post, Jeffery talks about changing his diet — particularly his alcohol consumption.

"I went from binge drinking at least once or twice a week to having drank about a dozen times or so last year, it makes a big difference!" he wrote.

But Jeffery's diet isn't the only thing that's changed.

As a result of his 70 lb. weight loss, Jeffery's looking a lot less like a Viking king and a lot more like a Disney prince. Legit, it's like Prince Adam stepped out of my Beauty and the Beast: 25th Anniversary Edition Blu-ray + DVD box set.

Hide the soft objects, people, 'cause that jawline is SHARP.

Yes, this is the current Jeffery Kendall, and his face is lookin' more chiseled than all four of the Mount Rushmore presidents combined.

Here's another picture of Jeffer— sorry, no, that's Prince Adam.

Now, if your favorite Disney princess is Belle, you're likely having a thirsty moment right now.

Don't be ashamed, 'cause I sure ain't!

That ? bone ? structure ? tho ?

What? It's not like I'm the only person in awe. Far from it!

"Seriously dude that is one epic jawline," commented one Reddit user.

"I'm usually a big supporter of a good beard but you are doing yourself a disservice hiding that piece of cut marble," they continued.

I endorse that message.

The thirst continues...

I could explain just how much people appreciate Jeffery's transformation, but I think the last comment below sums it up nicely.

And shortly after Jeffrey's story blew up online, he got a wonderful confidence boost from Google.

"I heard my image was being used by other people," wrote Jeffery.

"So I reverse image searched it and got the biggest ego boost #happy," he added.

I'm just glad to see Jeffery out there living his best life, gettin' hit on by Google and all.

Before his weight loss, Jeffery said he "was in a long-running battle with self-image and depression.”

And now, he has his friends, family, and online supporters to thank for helping him through this journey.

"Thank you all so much, you fill me with a constant motivation," wrote Jeffery to his Instagram followers.

It's amazing what a little support and positivity can do for a person!

And you know what's equally amazing?

That a real-life Prince Adam walks among us.

BUT WAIT A MINUTE, THERE'S MORE!

Here's Jeffrey looking like a full on Gaston-sized SNACK.

Is one of Jeffrey's weight-loss secrets eating five dozen eggs?

IS THAT HOW HE'S NEARLY THE SIZE OF A BAARRRRGEEEEE??!!

When Jeffrey isn't being a Disney dreamboat, he's spreading positivity and light on his Instagram page.

"Hope you're staying fierce and having a beautiful day, have a wonderful week as well," he captioned this pic.
