If you haven't made your way to the theater yet to experience the awesomeness that is Infinity War, then get yourself over there ASAP.

For those of you who have seen it at least once, you might be interested to know that a certain friendly neighborhood Spider-Man went off the script, and it was the greatest thing ever.

Many of us love and cherish Spider-Man, who is a sweet baby angel. He recently became an official Avenger in Infinity Warthanks to his mentor, Tony Stark.

This was, of course, when he disobeyed Mr. Stark and stayed onboard Ebony Maw's spaceship to help save Doctor Strange.

Although he played a major part in attempting to defeat Thanos, he was unfortunately one of the many who faded away into dust when Thanos snapped his fingers.

I think about this whenever I need a good cry.

I think we all recall that devastating scene. You know, the one where he starts feeling weird and tells Tony Stark he doesn't want to go? MY EMOTIONS.

We all felt real feelings when Peter Parker was literally begging Tony for his life.

Apparently, that moment wasn't scripted. Tom Holland gave that incredibly emotional performance all on his own. Excuse me, where is his Oscar?

I can barely improvise lying about why I was late to work, let alone an entire death scene. Snaps for Tom.

We don't have to bother with nominating anyone else this year. That's okay. Everyone stay home. Tom's got this.

None of us could really grasp just how talented Tom Holland truly is, and we're still trying to process it. There are also some important reasons as to why this improvisation is a big deal.

Not only does Spider-Man literally die in his mentor's arms but we also always tend to forget that Peter Parker is still just a teenager. He just went to homecoming at his high school, after all.

Peter was out there having fun with his superhero buddies, and Tom Holland completely captured the realness of a teen coming to terms with his death in a matter of seconds.

When he tells Tony, "I don't want to go," it's heartbreaking because he's just a boy, and the stakes got way too real way too fast.

It's even more devastating because there is literally nothing Tony can do.

I'm not crying — there's just something in both of my eyes.
