Lay your hand towel on a flat surface, and fold the top down to form a square.

Next, rotate your square 90 degrees. Roll the towel up tightly from the bottom to the halfway mark. Then, roll the towel from above to the halfway mark.

Twist the rolled towel about an inch from the middle and fold over on itself.

Unroll the short end so that the two rolls sit on either side of the long roll.

Can you see your teddy bear starting to form?

Place an elastic band over the folded end of the towel to form the teddy's head.

Next, unroll the towel more above the elastic band to make it somewhat smooth. This will be the start of your teddy's face. Cute, isn't he (or she)?

Take one of your rubber bands, place it on the top corner of the head, and pull the towel through to make one of the ears.

Repeat with another rubber band on the other side.
