Meet Rusty! He's a 15-year-old ball of pupper fluff who spends three days a week visiting the patients at the St-Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Georges says that going to the hospital is stressful for patients, and "a friendly canine face wearing glasses is a huge distraction, and it makes them smile. It makes me smile to see them smile."
