Kendall Jenner Created A Second Instagram Account, And People Are Furious

Diply 5 Apr 2018

Kendall Jenner is definitely no stranger to being criticized online. And it totally feels like it's been 30 seconds since Kendall Jenner found herself in that Biggie/Tupac t-shirt lawsuit, and now she's landed herself in another copyright disaster.

This news is especially difficult for me as someone who's always liked Kendall Jenner. But damn, girl. You're making it real hard to be your fan right now.

If you're not caught up on all the drama, let's take a quick rewind.

Instagram | @volettawallace

Last year, Kendall and Kylie were given a cease-and-desist over t-shirts from their line that depicted their faces superimposed over those of famous musicians like Tupac and Biggie .

Basically, people were not impressed.

Load Comments

People were so mad, in fact, that Kendall had to make a formal apology!

YouTube | Hollywood Life

"We deeply apologize to anyone that has been upset and/or offended, especially to the families of the artists," wrote Kendall on Insta.

Load Comments

"The tee shirts have been pulled from retail and all images have been removed," added Kendall.

YouTube | Hollywood Life

Now, remember this last line from Kendall's apology as we move forward:

"We will use this as an opportunity to learn from our mistakes."

Load Comments

It's funny, 'cause THEN Kendall included this purse in her fashion line with Kylie.

Teen Vogue

Come on, Kenny, it's profiting on someone else's culture, and take my word when I say that the internet wasn't happy about it, either.

After this purse, you'd think that now Kendall would've learned her lesson.

Load Comments

Oh, but then came Kendall in THAT Pepsi commercial.

PopSugar | Instagram

Basically, the ad showcases Kendall handing a police officer a can of Pepsi during a protest, suggesting that one can of soda could have stopped it all.

Um, wrong?

Load Comments

So, maybe we shouldn't be surprised that Kendall is making some questionable choices ONCE AGAIN.

Giphy | Bunim/Murray Productions

I wish I was joking, Kenny.

The latest story starts with an Instagram brand called "PizzaBoyzzz".

PizzaBoyzzz | PizzaBoyzzz

The brand sells a variety of pizza-themed merch online.

PizzaBoyzzz defines itself as "a squad of friends, artists, and creatives" who produce "custom pieces, collectibles, and artist collaborations" with the 'za as their inspo.

Here's the problem: Recently, Kendall posted an Instagram story alerting the world to her new, second Insta account

The Cheat Sheet

Obviously I'm gonna follow, right?

Load Comments

But, uh, one problem: It's ALSO called @pizzaboys.

Instagram | @pizzaboys

The page began with as little as three photos, two of which were announcing that the page is under construction, and another that features Kendall and Kylie in a pool with pizza floaties.

Load Comments

Actually, there's ANOTHER big problem.

Instagram | @pizzaboys

The bio of Kendall's finsta reads, "IN CRUST WE TRUST," all of which leads me to assume that pizzaboys is some kind of pizza-obsessed brand-to-be.

Load Comments

Guess who's Insta bio reads the EXACT same thing.

YouTube | hayu

That's right, the OG PizzaBoyzzz brand, which has been on the scene since 2013, has a bio thatreads, "In Crust We Trust."

Y-i-k-e-s.

Load Comments

And so PizzaBoyzzz posted a photo directly calling out Kendall.

TMZ | TMZ

"Humbled af that Kendall Jenner wants to join in on the @pizzaboyzzz pizza party, but the squad's already full. And you can't sit with us!!!" wrote the brand.

The drama just keeps going...

Load Comments

"With all the money and options in the world, [Kendall's] creative team just couldn't resist," added the brand.

Hollywood Life | Hollywood Life
Load Comments

"It's very disturbing that this type of stuff happens all the time in our community," continued the brand.

Wetpaint | @kendalljenner

They added, "Artists' creativity and hard work get jeopardized and put in these situations."

Load Comments

"That's why we forever support the small businesses that are in this with us and that fight the fight," wrote PizzaBoyzzz.

Despite the controversy, Kendall CONTINUED to post photos on her new Instagram page.

Instagram | @pizzaboys

Shortly after PizzaBoyzzz made their statement, Kendall posted two new photos on the page.

Load Comments

Which is pretty disappointing, particularly because Kendall has access to all of the resources in the world.

Instagram | @pizzaboys

Even if she can't come up with something original, she could at least pay someone else to.

Load Comments

And so THEN the fans of PizzaBoyzzz got involved.

Giphy | Hell's Kitchen

"The PizzaBoyzzz are an incredible collective of artists and, as silly as it sounds, a movement, so ripping them off is especially bad news," wrote one fan.

Load Comments

Other fans of PizzaBoyzzz weren't so nice.

Instagram | @pizzaboyzzz

To be clear, these are the PG comments over the controversy. The section was flooded with even angrier fans who seemed disgusted by Kendall's new page.

But you get the gist.

Load Comments

Just when it seemed like all hope was lost and Kendall was being shady AF, fans got a major plot twist.

Giphy | KUWTK

BUCKLE UP, LADIES, IT'S GONNA BE A BUMPY RIDE!

Load Comments

Because THEN Kendall decided to switch her branding.

Instagram | @zazaworld

They're no longer call "Pizza Boys" but instead "ZAZA WORLD".

Jury is still out on the new name choice, but kk.

Load Comments

Oh and did we mention this relaunch was nearly FIVE months after the initial drama took place?

Instagram | @zazaworld

So basically, they took a fat break, switched names and THOT we'd all be cool with it???

Load Comments

Basically everything but the original name is EXACTLY as it was before.

Instagram | @zazaworld

Which is like ??? 'cause isn't she a gazillionaire and could just hire someone to recreate the brand?

Load Comments

Kendall has posted about ZAZA on her personal IG, but has been like pretty vague about what it actually is.

Instagram | @kendalljenner

Is the word ZAZA sounding weird to anyone else now?

Load Comments

I did some investigative work into ZAZA WORLD RADIO, and this is what ya girl found...

Giphy | undefined
Load Comments

It is actually a Beats 1 radio show... Alright then.

Instagram | @zazaworld
Load Comments

When I searched for ZAZA WORLD, I was sent into a spiral of playlists.

Spotify

Episode 1 featured bops from Fleetwood Mac, The Weeknd, and Daft Punk.

Load Comments

But the page aesthetic (for a radio show, let's remember) is just pizza and celebrities.

Instagram | @zazaworld

I mean, it's not the pizza aesthetic that we wanted, but perhaps it's the one we deserve.

Load Comments

And Kendall is actually on the radio show sometimes? Sorta?

Instagram | @zazaworld
Load Comments

When she is on the show, Kendall has been spilling the tea, or the za... or whatever.

Twitter | @livinkendall

Kendall told listeners that she struggled with loneliness, especially growing up alongside the more socially outgoing Kylie.

Load Comments

In return, Kendall wasn't the nicest to her sister.

Giphy

She told ZAZA WORLD she would lash out at Kylie and her BFF Jordyn because she constantly felt excluded growing up.

Load Comments

And to think, we thought this had something to do with PIZZA...

Giphy | undefined

Still confused why PIZZA was the chosen aesthetic, but we'll roll with it.
