What was life before Instagram? I know it wasn't all that many years ago, but I simply cannot remember it. After all, a world without aimlessly scrolling through people's feeds is not a world I wish to be a part of.
And it was during one of my daily Instagram creeps when I discovered makeup artists were showing off a new eyebrow trend: garden brows.
Of all the weird and somewhat disturbing eyebrow trends Instagram has shoved in our faces, this one might actually be a blessing.
Taylor R. (@taytay_xx) is the beauty/fashion blogger being credited for starting the garden eyebrow trend.
Aspiring makeup artists quickly jumped on board the garden eyebrow train.
When trying out this over-the-top trend, the common theme seems to be leaving the rest of your makeup extremely simple.
Although you may not want to rock this look on an everyday basis, it sure is fun for photo purposes.
Look at these little clusters of grasses and flowers!
It's wild how much these eyebrow hairs resemble mossy grasses.
Between the garden brows, freckles, and berry-stained lips, this entire beauty look is simply flawless.
This combined eyeshadow and eyebrow look is so gorgeous and so magical.
Everything about this photo is absolutely amazing.
If cutting out tiny flowers and attaching them to your brow hairs is too much for you, why not draw them on instead?
I know this is supposed to be garden brows, but this would be a perfect look for St. Paddy's Day.
I know these brows aren't metallic green — and the flowers are super simple — but I adore everything about this whimsical, nature-inspired look.
