Everybody stay calm!

Our hopes were high when we heard rumblings of a possible sequel. The film's original writer, Mick Garris, said in an interview, "I have heard they are developing the script, I haven’t been involved in it but I think there will be a sequel it might be for Disney Channel or Freeform or ABC."

Well, I guess we got our hopes up for nothing!
