This Giant Pizza Roll Is Pizza Goals

Diply 28 Aug 2018

I don't need to explain the obsession with pizza to you. The hot cheese mixed with tomato sauce should explain it all, and that's without the delicious crust and every topping you could imagine.

What I do need to point out is that if you haven't had pizza as a roll, you are seriously missing out.

Imagine a gigantic cinnamon bun — but it's pizza. Are you salivating? Are you running to find a can of pizza dough?

Believe me, you do not want to miss out on these #pizzagoals.

To start off, preheat your oven to 375°F/190°C.

Spread your dough onto a pan and stick it in the oven for four to six minutes to par-bake (or partially bake) it.

It should look something like this when it comes out.

Now it's time to add your toppings.

Cover up that dough with your marinara, cheese, pepperoni, and any other toppings you want to add. Then, cut the dough into some long strips.

Roll up your first strip, and once you finish, add it right onto the next one.

You'll be rolling all those strips into one giant pizza roll, so make sure it's secure so you don't lose your yummy cheese or pepperoni.

Once you've got one giant roll, place it in a lightly greased pan and sprinkle some Italian seasoning on top.

Then, put it back in the oven to bake for another 35 minutes.

Once it's cool enough, slice it up to share — or to eat all by yourself. No judgment here.
