This Fan's Makeup Was Stolen, And Fenty Beauty Just Stepped Up The Customer Service Game

I think it's safe to say that Rihanna's makeup collection, Fenty Beauty, is the bomb dot com.

Not only have they delivered with some amazing, quality products, but they're really coming through for the fans, and we're so here for it.

I'm pretty sure that a lot of us have had some nightmarish experience with customer service at some point in our lives.

There's nothing worse than when representatives refuse to listen to your problem or you get passed along to five different people on the phone.

I would say that it's fairly rare that you stumble upon a company with customer service that goes way above and beyond what's expected of them.

So when it does happen, it should be praised. You know, so the other companies can take notes.

A few weeks ago, a major Rihanna fan who goes by the name Chiara on Twitter had shared that the hotel room she was staying in was robbed.

She explained that they broke in through a sliding side door and took everything she had, including her Fenty Beauty.

Obviously, it is absolutely horrible to have all of your belongings stolen while you're on a trip.

But anyone who has tried Fenty Beauty knows how especially devastating it is to have that taken too.

The products are really amazing but also pretty expensive.

Even though Chiara didn't tag Fenty Beauty in her tweet, they still managed to track her down, you know, being the amazing company they are and all.

Pssst! This is where other, less-than-impressive customer service reps need to pay attention.

Less than three hours later, they stepped up and offered to replace all the stolen makeup products.

"We're so sorry to hear! We're happy to help you replace those Fenty Beauty goodies ❤️ Send us a DM," they wrote.

She shared a picture of the DM exchange, and we're seriously floored.

For a company to step up like this for a fan is so major, and like I said, we hope that other brands take note of this A+ service.

And yes, we know Rihanna isn't actually the one working in customer service.

But there was that one time she might as well have been a customer service representative for her own makeup line.

She had posted on her Instagram that her foundation restock was finally happening.

And because these foundations were super popular and literally flew off the shelves, it was a pretty big deal.

One fan, who seemed annoyed that it had taken so long for the restocks to happen, called RiRi out.
