As drugstore brands step their game up to match the quality of luxury ones, more and more celebrity makeup artists are turning to budget beauty to paint their clients.

From big, established brands like L'Oréal to newcomers like Burt's Bees, the red carpet is the new home to accessible makeup for everyone.
