Diply 30 Aug 2018

I'm pretty sure that Grey's Anatomy is going to be one of those shows that goes on forever, kind of like the soap operas that our parents have been watching since the invention of television.

We've cycled through a lot of characters, plotlines, and unsuspecting deaths, and we're still left wanting more.

Until the new season starts up, it's best to freshen your memory, and reallllly get to know the spicy, behind-the-scenes details of Grey's.

1. Every single episode is named after the title of a song.

I have to admit that it took me many seasons to catch onto this fun little fact, but with titles like "Kung Fu Fighting" and "I Will Survive," I don't know why it took me so long.

The episode's director, Peter Horton, asked Ellen to try the same stunt, and although she ended up doing it, she really didn't want to. In the end, they used the footage they got with the stunt double — she's actually hitting her head on the ground here.
