For celebrities, social media can be a great tool for connecting with fans and for marketing yourself.

Unfortunately, that also opens them up to a ton of hate and backlash from people around the world.

But some celebrities don't stand for any unnecessary hate. Cyn Santana, a reality TV star, decided to step up and address the hate while also promoting a positive message.

Cyn Santana is a former cast member of Love & Hip Hop: New York.

While there were a flood of positive comments from her followers, the post was also sprinkled with comments criticizing her nose.

People were saying Cyn's nose grew or changed because she is pregnant.

Instead of replying to the hate on the post, Cyn put out a positive message for other mothers-to-be who are struggling to accept their bodies and the changes they are going through.

"I read a comment that said 'I cant wait for you to drop your baby. Your nose is way too big' and it made me really sad. Not because it hurt my feelings... (cause I don’t give a f*** what y’all talkin bout) but because others have to deal with reading these type of low comments."

She also ended her post with words of encouragement for other women facing body-shamers.

“Unfortunately, cruel people exist in this world. There’s nothing that we can do about them. So we need to protect ourselves and lift each other up… This goes out to ALL my women. Pregnant or not. Big nose or small nose. Embrace it. Embrace you. You are beautiful.”
