Artist Reimagined Disney Princesses In Scary Halloween Costumes

Have you ever wondered what your favorite Disney princesses would go as for Halloween? Well, wonder no longer friends, because we have the answer for you!

Or, at least, this Instagram artist does.

Ladies and gentlemen, meet nastya_kosyanova.

An Instagram Artist who does one of our favorite things to talk about here: Disney characters in different costumes.

And would you look at that! It's Halloween! Maybe we can see what each princess is going as...

1. Merida as Chucky

Ah yes, of course, it would've been weird for Merida to go as anyone else. She has the hair for it, especially, curly and red.

Had to make a bit of a weapon change, but that's alright.

2. Snow White as Bram Stoker’s Dracula

At first, this one kind of confused me. Why would she be going as Francis Ford Copolla's Bram Stoker's Dracula? A weird choice, until I realized her hairstyle from the movie... kind of looks like Dracula's?

A little?

3. Aurora as Scarecrow

Jeez! Well, she definitely nailed the scarecrow look, that's for sure. One has to wonder how she managed to make her eyes disappear.

Seriously though, that would be an awesome Halloween costume.

4. Belle as A Werewolf

It seems that Belle is embracing her Beastly side in this Halloween costume.

I'm not sure if she's trying to emulate a specific werewolf, but it definitely gives off a Teen Wolf vibe.

5. Tiana as Freddy Krueger

Clearly, Tiana was a Nightmare On Elm Street fan.

She dons the iconic red and green sweater plus hat duo, and the even more iconic knife-fingered glove.

Now she's playing with power!

6. Cinderella as A Zombie

Stellar makeup job Cinderella did here, with half of her face missing. She even went out and splurged on some contacts!

Did she do the makeup herself or did she get her fairy godmother to do it?

7. Esmeralda as Ghostface

Now, this is an interesting one!

Why Esmerelda would be going as the Ghostface Killer is out of my area of expertise, but she does pull it off rather nicely!

8. Rapunzel as Emily from “Corpse Bride”

Looks like Rapunzel is a Tim Burton fan because she decided to be a character from one of his deep cuts.

I wonder if she had Flynn go as Victor...

9. Mulan as Samara From 'The Ring'

Sure, it's an alright costume, but it leans more towards looking good than looking like the character. Where is the grey face? The drowned out skin?

Still, a pretty good costume.

10. Pocahontas as Jigsaw

Pocahontas has the cheekbones to pull off Jigsaw, which is something that not all of us can confidently say.

She looks great in this outfit I like to call: "Jigsaw chic".

11. Jasmine as La Calavera de la Catrina

Jasmine takes some Spanish inspiration for her Halloween costume, one that has an interesting backstory.

It translates to "The Dapper Skeleton" or "The Elegant Skull", and was originally a portrait to make fun of Mexican natives who wanted to adopt European ideals after the revolution.

12. Ariel as Pennywise

And finally, we end this list with yet another redhead going as the only other redheaded villain in horror.

Seriously, do you think Ariel and Merida had to flip a coin to see who could be Pennywise and who had to be Chucky?

And that's it!

That's all the princesses she's done so far.

However, you should still head over to her Instagram and check it out.

She does some really awesome work, and there might be a couple more characters you recognize kicking around.
