One crafty mom named Emelia Jackson was at a total loss when it came to soothing her teething baby and was looking for some kind of alternative to ease his pain.

She discovered a cool trick that works really well for non-mobile babies.

Just put water in your baby's soother and keep it in the freezer for a couple of hours.

The ice will soothe your baby's sore gums.

After posting her trick on Facebook some people freaked out that the baby was going to drink the water but she assured everybody there was no hole in the soother.

Emelia even posted an update sharing that the baby is fine and doing well at 11 months.

He is still enjoying his frozen soother, as per her video.

If you can believe it, Emelia's Facebook post got 56,000 comments and even more shares at 115,000. Whoa.
