When you're a kid, there's no such thing as moderation. You know which foods taste bad and you know which ones taste good, and you're way more interested in eating the good stuff than the bad.
But your parents have rules, and you can't just go ham and eat an entire pack of Chips Ahoy chocolate chip cookies because there's almost always someone there who will stop you and say, "Caitlyn, we've talked about this, cookies aren't a meal."
Of course, everything changes when you suddenly find yourself all alone and surrounded by food, glorious food.
