When his wife, Jessica Biel, made a recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, she was confronted with a surfaced clip from 1999.
Let's just say that she was never an NSYNC fan...
This is due to a recently-surfaced clip from 1999, which shows the actress throwing alllll sorts of shade at her husband's former boyband, NSYNC.
Like how sparks flew when they first met at the Golden Globes.
At the time, Biel was wrapping up her show 7th Heaven and Justin was still on that "temporary hiatus" from NSYNC.
This was heartbreaking news for the fan-girls everywhere!
Not for Jessica, though. cough
Despite a brief breakup in 2011, the couple got engaged that same year after four years of dating!
Notable parts of their wedding included Biel's pink dress and the fact that Timberlake sang while she was coming down the aisle!
When Timberlake announced the news, he wrote this sweet caption:
"Thank you EVERYONE for the Bday wishes! This year, I'm getting the GREATEST GIFT EVER. CAN'T WAIT. #BoyOrGirl #YouNeverKnow#WeDontEvenKnow #WeAreTakingBets"
They named their now-four-year-old Silas Randall, after Justin's grandfather.
The only thing that could potentially put a damper on the celebration, though, is what took place during Biel's recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon...
In it, she was asked whether she's an NSYNC fan or not.
Before Fallon even played it, Biel knew that she was in trouble!
She kept uttering, "no, no, please."
“I mean, I know of them, of course, and I’ve heard of them and I’ve heard the music. I don’t think I own any of their CDs. I’m not a huge fan. But, I mean, cool, I guess.”
"I am in so much trouble now," she confirmed, while Fallon couldn't stop laughing.
Fallon had asked whether she knows some NSYNC songs now, which caused Biel to confess: “Not really."
Awkwardddd!
“I was just listening to old-school stuff,” she said. “I was listening to theater productions, I was listening to Rent — I knew every word of Rent — I was listening to Motown. I, like, lived under a rock.”
