Miley Cyrus is in serious need of some ice cream and vodka, rn.
That's because she's currently going through not one but TWO breakups.
That is the definition of "rough."
As a quick recap, the first is to her ex-husband Liam Hemsworth, who Miley dated on and off for almost 10 years.

When they finally got married at their Nashville home in 2018, fans were hopeful that these two faves would stay together.
Sadly, that wasn't the case as they called it quits this past summer after less than a year of marriage.

Miley didn't waste any time rebounding.
Soon, she was entangled in a new romance with Kaitlynn Carter, the ex-wife of Brody Jenner.
Word of their romance spread fast after the girls were spotted kissing on a boat in Italy.

It's reportedly the reason why Liam decided to escalate his separation from Miley to a divorce...
From there, things heated up fast between Miley and Kaitlynn.

Kaitlynn was backstage with Miley at the VMA's where she performed "Slide Away" (people think it's about Liam and his alleged heavy partying) and it was even reported that the girls lived together.
Not to mention, they sent a birthday gift for Brody, Kaitlyn's ex, together.
It was a weed bouquet, BTW. Talk about things getting serious!
Unfortunately, Miley soon called it quits with Kaitlynn after just six weeks.

According to a source who spoke to People, the reason was that “Miley doesn’t want a serious relationship."
“She and Kaitlynn spent every day together, and it just wasn’t anything that Miley wanted to continue doing," she said.

"She wants to focus on her career. It wasn’t an easy decision, but this is ultimately what she wants.”
The source also revealed that the relationship with Kaitlynn was becoming too similar to Miley's previous one with Liam.

“Miley split from Liam to focus on herself. Her relationship with Kaitlynn was a happy surprise,” the source added.
“However, Miley was so invested in her relationship with Liam for a long time. She felt her relationship with Kaitlynn was almost moving in that direction too.”

That's because Miley recently shared a cryptic message to Instagram.
It began with this adorable image she posted of her and her "stinky" dogs.

"I am immediately reminded to LOVE without conditions.... the best part about animals is that they are careless about the details."

Since Miley is on good terms with Kaitlynn, the post has even led some people to believe that Miley is shading Liam since there's an awful lot of references to being faithful...
