Snoop Dogg’s 10-Day-Old Grandson Has Passed Away
Snoop's son, Corde Broadus, shared the sad news that his son had died at just 10-days-old.

As of now, we don't know his cause of death, but he did spend his final days in the NICU.
"Thank you for all the condolences. I think we missed the biggest lesson tho."

"My son did all he needed to do in his 10 days here on earth," Corde wrote in a moving Instagram post.
"He has now graduated and continuing to do work."

"He died in my arms and that feeling of energy will never leave me," he wrote.
"Kai wants all of you to kno he’s doing great and wants to continue to inspire those who light is dim."

"It makes perfect sense to me why 2 spiritual loving and healing people like me and Soraya was given an angel like Kai and now we will use his energy to raise 11 to the best person she can be for ALL of us."

Corde also has a son named Zion born in 2015, and a daughter named Elleven, who was born in 2018.

Snoop's wife, Shante, took to Instagram to share the sad news.
"To My Fifth G Baby [...] Kai Love 9-15-19/9-25-19," she captioned the emotional video of her singing along to The Dells’ 1971 hit “The Love We Had Stays on My Mind”.
She shared a second video of her dancing to Anita Baker's "Lead Me Into Love".
"Thank You For All Your Well Wishes I See And Feel Them All.... The Only Person That Could Get Me Thru This Mood Is #AnitaBaker #LeadMeToLove #BLE #Pafoooorm #BabyKaiLove #MamaTae," she wrote.
Snoop also took to Instagram to mourn the loss of his grandson with a few words of hope in this difficult time.
Later that evening, he shared a photo of himself at his previously scheduled Bristow show.

Naturally, his feed has been full of condolences from his friends and fans.

Sadly, in the days following his son's death, Corde has been made aware that there are fake GoFundMe accounts set up in his name.
He's letting fans know that it's a scam, and that he would never ask fans for money.
"Never would I do this," he captioned the photo of the fake fundraiser.

Fortunately, the fake account has since been removed, and the family can continue to grieve without worrying about those trying to make money off of his family's tragedy.
