Can we all just agree that depending on a man is so dated and overrated? That being single and sad is a stereotype we are so over? Like, it's 2018, what would we even be sad about? Being able to live an independent, carefree life that revolves around us and what we want rather than the needs of a man? Sounds great to me.
Being independent is such an incredible thing...especially in your twenties. Like honestly, you do you, so you can keep the marriage and have a child or two, but I'm going to be selfish in all aspects, at least for the time being: further my career by pouring everything I have into it, pursue my passions and hobbies, and live my best life totally guilt-free. This means doing what I want when I want.
For me, and basically every single girl I know, it's so much better to be alone (even if just for a while). #DoYou
