All I have to say is if you know anyone in your life who hasn't watched Schitt's Creek then maybe you should force them.
It's the best feel-good show out there right now. And we all need more of that in our lives.

'Schitt's Creek' Season 5 Is Coming To Netflix October 10
'Schitt's Creek' is the comedy that everyone needs to watch.

There is never a sad moment.
Seriously, it's all fun and games, just a good time. And we could all use a little more laughter in our lives.
The characters are nothing short of iconic.

The siblings alone, Alexis and David, are probably two of the funniest characters on television.
The show, even when sad, is never sad for too long.

In fact, that was what Dan Levy wanted all along.
That's why there isn't any homophobia on the show.
When speaking to why he didn't put in any homophobia in the show, he gave an excellent reason.

"I have no patience for homophobia," he said. "As a result, it’s been amazing to take that into the show. We show love and tolerance."
He continued by saying:

"If you put something like that out of the equation, you’re saying that doesn’t exist and shouldn’t exist.”
He also mentioned that the show even managed to change some opinions of people.

"The letters we’ve been receiving are from people who realized their beliefs were biased or homophobic or bigoted, and we created a space where love and acceptance is paramount."
"We’ve watched the growth and comfort of people who outwardly live their lives and aren’t being feared of being targeted."

"And it has a ripple effect into people’s homes."
This mentality that he has put into the show is part of what makes it so wonderful.

So waiting for a new season to drop on Netflix can be tiresome.
Because we love it so much, it feels like we haven't gotten new content in such a long while.

And to be fair, you will have to wait a bit longer to get new content from the show.
But rejoice! Because you can binge season 5 soon!

It's coming to Netflix! Finally!
So while you wait for season 6, you can at least go back to the beginning and watch the first 5 seasons.
