Dippin’ Dots Has Birthday Cake Cookie Dough Bites And Nothing Else Matters

I'm sure we all remember the first time we plunged a spoon into a container of those brightly colored, tiny balls of Dippin' Dots and we realized the advertisements really weren't kidding: this stuff really is the "ice cream of the future".

It was a pretty huge moment. Up until that point, ice cream was melty, messy, and strictly limited to whatever could be scraped out of a tub. But Dippin' Dots took that formula and turned it right on its head, coming up with a non-melting, snackable way to devour our favorite summer treat.

And as it just so happens, the company is at it again and has introduced another new product that dares to revolutionize the way we enjoy dessert.

Dippin' Dots Birthday Cake Cookie Dough Bites promise to become your new favorite anytime/anywhere snack.

According to Best Products, these Megaload bags have actually been around for a little while now, but the company has stayed pretty mum about the whole thing, given these treats the kind of muted release they definitely do not deserve.

The birthday cake flavor will give you all the party you could ever want trapped inside an optimistically resealable bag.

Each bite-size ball features cookie dough encased in white chocolate and garnished with birthday-appropriate funfetti sprinkles.

You can also get these bites in a chocolate chip flavor, which features milk chocolate and white fudge. Decide which bag best suits your mood, or just buy both because you know you're worth it.

Now for some bad news: it's not super clear yet where you can go to pick up a bag to try for yourself.

They don't seem particularly easy to track down, and photographic evidence of these tasty treats is pretty far and few in between. Instagram user @junkfoodonthego found theirs at the Los Angeles International Airport, so if you're flying out of the area soon, keep your eyes peeled.

Or, if travel plans aren't exactly in your future, you can do what the rest of us are going to do and comb every retail store in the area, praying for a miracle.
