Planning a wedding can be incredibly stressful and also a lot on a bride. There are so many things to do and so much stress that some brides absolutely go on a spiral or even lose their head in the process of wedding planning.

Add being pregnant on top of it—it can feel like everything is very challenging and difficult to do.

The term "bridezilla" was created for a reason.

The term "bridezilla" or a bride who becomes a monster when planning her wedding, had to come from somewhere, right?

Sometimes, we get so stressed out that we do things crazy and out of character.

Every vendor and store requires a deposit or even a down payment to keep things saved and booked away. With so many people who are planning their weddings and postponing them, many things are even crazier right now.

While some companies and vendors are reasonable and do give back deposits, others say that deposits are "non-refundable" and do not give them back. Some brides clearly do not do well with losing money.

One bride recently made headlines when she went after a bridal salon for refusing to refund her deposit.

A video went viral on Reddit of a bride taking matters into her own hands when she had tried to get back her money on a deposit for her wedding dress. The video showcases the bride destroying property at the salon.

The bride had booked a package a few months in advance.

The bride had booked a wedding package with the Jiangjin District bridal company in April 2021 for her October 5th wedding ceremony. It came out to a $1260 payment for the wedding package.

The bride then found out she was unexpectedly pregnant.

In August, the bride found out she was pregnant and she wanted to postpone her wedding so that she would not be pregnant at the actual wedding. In November, she returned and asked if she can get her money back, opting to cancel the wedding entirely.

The store said they would not give her back her money.

However, they offered to use it towards something else—like, her baby's 100th-day celebration, which is a big tradition in Chinese culture. The bride was not happy with this and decided to come back to the salon with a revenge plan.

The bride returns to the store and decides to cut up thousands of dollars in merchandise.

The bride returns to the wedding salon with scissors and cuts through dress after dress. However, the shop owner remained calm throughout the video, reminding the woman that the dresses cost "thousands of dollars each."

The woman was later taken away by police.

The dresses were very expensive, but the shop owner said she would settle for a smaller repayment. The grand total came out to be 60,000 yuan ($9400). The woman was later taken out by police and has not yet paid the store back for the damage she had done.

People online said this is the "dumbest way to get your point across."

Many said this woman didn't use her head, because all she wanted was a refund for her one dress package and now has to pay for 32 other dresses on top of her one dress. "What a waste of money," one person said.

Another said the husband should "run."

One commenter online said this is a whole new side of crazy that showcases her "true colors." Another said that her husband-to-be should "run for the hills" if this is how she chooses to react.
