It's Official — You Can Give Up On Your New Year's Resolutions Today

Look, I am a big believer in improving yourself and your wellness. We should all try to be the best versions of ourselves all year 'round. However, I'm also a woman that has been living in a pandemic for the past two years and knows how difficult it is to do literally anything other than surivive.

That's why this year I am celebrating Ditch New Year's Resolutions Day, and I think you should too!

I had big hopes for January, bigger than other years which in retrospect was a bad idea.

I guess maybe I was hoping that having goals would help me rest and reboot and feel motivated to make 2022 better than 2020, and 2021.

But spoiler alert — I have literally no control over that!

This year I have decided to participate in the national Ditch New Year's Resolutions Day!


The theme of the day is quite simple — just accept defeat!

Just kidding, maybe just be more kind to yourself if the past few weeks haven't gone according to plan.

Now I'm not saying to just throw your healthy lifestyle to the wind, or skip your daily walks.

I'm just saying that life is hard right now, and if you haven't gotten your life together yet it's okay!
