Friends. It's been a year, amirite? We had high hopes for 2021 and it's clear now that we shouldn't have. Sure, some things are back to normal, but as I come home, rip my mask off and sit down for another virtual Christmas gathering I can't help but wonder when the madness will end!
Festive Christmas Drinking Games Even The Grinch Will Love
Gorgeous friends, I'm here to make your spirits a bit brighter with the best way I know how — drinking games!
Here are a few of my favorite Christmas drinking games that are sure to put a smile on your face, or at the very least, get you absolutely trashed.
The first game I love is a twist on the "Roxanne" drinking game called "Rox-anta Clause."

Put on the classic "Roxanne" by the Police and instead of drinking every time they say "Roxanne" drink every time they sing the word "red" which is just as much if not more than you think.
Another fun one is "Never Have I Evergreen" — a game that takes a festive spin on the classic never have I ever!
Take turns going around the group saying things you've never done during the holidays, for example: "Never have I ever peeked at my gifts before Christmas day!"
Anyone who has done that will take a drink, and so on.
My personal favorite game, though, is the Santa hat drinking game from allllll the way back in 2014.
Ross Hammond originally tweeted the brilliant idea of placing a Santa hat on the corner of your TV and I've done it every year since — it's always a hit!
