Celebrity Couples Who Have Been Together For Over 30 Years

A long-lasting marriage in Hollywood is like a shooting star: rare, but beautiful.

That's because Hollywood couples have a lot going against them: fame, rumors, working closely with members of the opposite sex, and more.

So when a couple lasts a decade, let alone three decades, it's something to celebrate!

Here are 15 celebrity couples who have been together for over 30 years.

1. Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell

This adorable couple is one for the record books! They've been together for 37 years and that's without the commitment of marriage.

"I already feel devoted and isn't that what marriage is supposed to do? So as long as my emotional state is in a state of devotion, honesty, caring, and loving, then we're fine," Goldie once explained.

2. Oprah Winfrey and Stedman Graham

Like Goldie Hawn, the media mogul has been with her partner, Stedman Graham, for three decades without any formal commitment.

This includes a stint with alcoholism and his Parkinson's diagnosis. “I started to drink heavily, and it was screwing up my relationships and screwing up my marriage and screwing up my work.”

6. Bono and Alison Hewson

The talented actor is talented at marriage as well! He's been with his wife for 50 years after meeting in 1974 at a student rehearsal in Atlanta.

"We started talking, and boom! I knew she was the person for me. From then on, we were always together, and we’ve stayed that way," he told Parade.

When Samuel struggled with addiction, it was his wife who got him through it.

12. Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson

The pair are one of Hollywood's most enduring couples! They've been married over 33 years after first meeting as co-stars on the ABC sitcom, Bosom Buddies.

"Rita and I just looked at each other and — kaboing — that was that," Tom told GQ.

There were complications to this, though, as Hanks was married at the time.

When he got divorced, he was free to be with Wilson. He's been smitten ever since. When receiving the Cecil B. De Mille awards at the 2020 Golden Globes, Hanks emotionally thanked his wife, saying "I can't tell you how much your love means to me."
