Relationships in Hollywood seem to work different than the ones in the real world. Sometimes it's not going through the legal process of marriage, and sometimes it's being legally married in unconventional ways.
The Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco falls under that second umbrella.
She's gone on to voice Harley Quinn in a new animated series, and she's been celebrating some personal milestones.
However, when she was asked about it, Kaley shut it down, saying ""Uhhh, no! But if [creator] Chuck [Lorre] asked me I would highly consider it because I don't say no to Chuck!"
"No. I don't want to be too definitive, but then I was in my weird way," Galecki added. "I feel like these seven characters share seven different areas of the same brain."
"There's no two that don't work together. I don't think it would be a disaster, but it wouldn't be Big Bang."
However, despite being married for over a year (and being together over three years), Kaley dropped a bombshell of surprising news in an inteview with E! News.
“We’re building our dream house and we’re eventually going to be under the same roof forever," Kaley said. "We have a very unconventional marriage, you know. We have different locations that we're at a lot."
Kaley emphasized how important it was for them to have their space from each other, and added that their situation "works well" for them.
Ashley Graham and her husband, who recently announced their pregnancy with their first child, has also admitted that her and her husband live on opposite coasts despite being married for almost a decade.
Gwyneth Paltrow and her husband Brad Falchuk don't co-habitate either, although she told the Sunday Times, "all my married friends say the way we live sounds ideal and not to change anything."
Julia and her husband, Daniel Moder, have been married for 16 years. They purchased a home across the street from their main family home, where Daniel spends a significant amount of his time while still getting to be close to the family.
Honestly, I kind of get it. I always related to Whoopi Goldberg when she said that marriage wasn't for her because "I don't want somebody in my house."
I would honestly just settling for having a house big enough to have different wings.
Posh and Becks have their own separate wings in their home, and they've been married for 20 years.
The couple was together for 13 years and still stayed in their own separate spaces. The space worked for them, especially because Burton snored.
"We see as much of each other as any couple, but our relationship is enhanced by knowing we have our personal space to retreat to," she said.
Would you ever live separately from your spouse? Maybe a little space works for some couples, but separate houses seems like a big stretch.
