If I were to get married again, I think I'd do a lot of things differently. I wouldn't go into debt for wedding favors, I'll tell you that much right now. I'd also focus more on the ceremony than the actual reception. I'd also probably not have half of the bridesmaids I did.
But you know what the number one thing I would want to redo about my wedding? Not having the Mayor of Flavortown officiate it!
Sure, some people might think that's slightly overdramatic, but I don't think so! I think he's hilarious, he's done amazing things for the LGBTQ+ community and he helped raise over $20 million for out-of-work restaurant staffers since the start of the pandemic.
Earlier this week, the Spencer star revealed she's engaged to longtime girlfriend Dylan Meyer, and that they'd like Guy to officiate their nuptials.
"We're either going to have, like, no one—we're just going to do it ourselves and just, like, not have somebody officiate to sort of, like, have another party involved in, like, our moment—but we did hear that Guy Fieri from the Food Network officiates a lot of gay weddings," she explained, as per E! News. "And so the idea of that man—that sweet, sweet spiky-headed man—coming to our wedding and officiating, it just makes me laugh so much."
“Hey Kristen, Guy Fieri here, and I heard through the Flavortown grapevine that you are looking for a sweet spikey-haired officiant for your wedding," Guy said in a pretaped message for Kristen.
Needless to say, Kristen was completely beside herself and insisted the offer was real when questioned by TODAY host Hoda Kotb.
"Do you know where he lives? What’s his address? Does he live in L.A.? We should talk about this," Kristen said, still in shock from the offer.
I'm so jealous — this is going to be the most out-of-bounds wedding of all time!
