TikToker's 'Saucy' Pickup Line Sparks Debate Online

TikTok is a place where just about anyone can go viral nowadays. Many trends and things have been going viral online even though not everyone agrees with it. Sometimes, people go viral for hacks and tricks, while others go viral for some funny content. But, lately, many have been going viral for the way they pick up the opposite sex.

Recently, one TikTok user has gone viral for his "pick up lines."

The TikTok user @_saucyaj has gone viral on the app for picking up "older women," or "cougars" as they call them, by giving them all the same, general pickup line. He starts off by calling them gorgeous or beautiful.

Most of the women, however, tell him they have a boyfriend.

Unfortunately, many people answered that they are taken or have a boyfriend. But, that doesn't stop this TikTok user Saucy AJ. He has something in the back of his pocket that he pulls out just for this occasion.

He then asks when the wedding is.

Instead of walking away, he asks the "taken woman" when the wedding is. Most of the women answer that they are confused, they're not married, or "what?"

So, Saucy AJ has a response to them that he held just for this time, too.

He hints that their relationship "isn't worth it."

The TikTok user says that if there are no wedding plans yet, the relationship is "not that serious." The girls immediately laugh or look shocked, but immediately give Saucy AJ their phone to put his number in. Sounds like he's a suave kind of guy.

While it sounds like a quick trick, it happens to be the basis of multiple videos.

Saucy AJ showcases the same pickup line on multiple videos throughout his TikTok account, not just one. Turns out, the videos all have the same "so it's not that serious" pickup line, and every woman ends with giving him their phone to input his number.

People started to get suspicious when it kept popping up.

Saucy AJ began to post more videos using the same pickup line and the same kind of "it's not that serious" trick on other women. However, it seemed to be working in every video he posted. Therefore, people were over it—and suspicious.

Some people said that these girls just ain't loyal.

One TikTok user said that whenever a girl says "I have a boyfriend," it usually hints that they're not loyal. Some people walk away, and other women just ignore men. But, these women seem all happy and flirty, even went they have a boyfriend.

Another said this is a "fail."

While some think it can be real, they point out that Saucy AJ didn't get what he came there for. While he asked for all of the girl's numbers, he gave them his number, not the other way around.

Others began to call Saucy AJ out completely.

Many people online were skeptical why the "sauciest guy on TikTok" continues to use the same line on women over and over again. Many also believe the videos are staged and that they are fake, phony, and totally practiced.

One person thought it was "the same girl."

Saucy AJ seems to only post some of the footage from people who "give into his line." Many believe that the videos are actually the same girl, over and over again. They just change their outfits and move to a different place in the store.

Someone said that it's "paid content."

Another TikTok user said that it's "all scripted" and that Saucy AJ probably pays for them to follow along and help with their clout. Saucy AJ actually clapped back, saying "do I look like paying someone to do a video?"

What do you think?
