DIY Jack-O'-Lantern Fires Out Candy For Maximum Trick-Or-Treat Fun

Do you realize that Halloween is less than a month away? Oh, yay! I'm so excited. Can you tell? If you are expecting lots of trick-or-treaters, listen up. I've got a brilliant idea for you that you can do this year.

Forget about handing out candy the old-fashioned way. There's a better solution for you, and it's super easy to do.

Do you get a lot of trick-or-treaters in your neighborhood?

Sadly, we do not. I guess it's because our street is small and quite hidden away. But if we did get a ton of kids, I would totally be ready for it.

However, I understand some people might still be wary of person-to-person contact.

So to combat that issue, there's a new idea you can do to hand out candy to the kiddos. Are you ready for it? I promise you it's the best, hee-hee.

Get this — people are making jack-o'-lanterns that shoot out candy.

OMG, what? Ha, ha! Isn't that the most brilliant idea or what? Remember when I told you about that nifty slide a couple created to hand out candy? It's a similar idea.

This time you can carve out a pumpkin just as you would normally do.

You can do the eyes, add eyebrows, and a triangular nose. But here's how the idea differs. You need to make the mouth wide enough to put a vacuum hose through it.

Aha! I get it.

This hose will act as the chute so the candy can slide down and greet trick-or-treaters. This is what it will look like, ha, ha! Oh my goodness. What do you know? This idea is so cool.

And when the candy comes down, it will fall right into the trick-or-treaters' hands.

Let me tell you, I'm sure all the kiddos in your neighborhood will absolutely love this. Your house might just be the most popular one on the block.

I also saw somebody created a railing chute like this one.

That's another super cool idea. Don't you think? Wow, I love how creative people become around Halloween. It's like the Halloween spirit takes over you, and you just can't help it, ha, ha!

Get a load of this house decked out for Halloween with their orange candy shute.

Aww, this is so cute, no? This leaf cover barrier is also a good idea. That way, the kids won't run up the stairs but go straight to the chute.

What's your take on the whole Halloween candy chute idea?

Are you into it or not? I think if you have the time, then why not do it? We don't get enough kids coming around to justify the time it would take to deck this out. But if you do, then go for it.
