Woman's “Hack” Supposedly Makes The Best Steak, But Prepare Your Arteries

In a recent video, one woman has been telling you exactly "what restaurants don't want you to know," by showing off a "hack" for preparing steak which will apparently leave you with the best steak possible.

However, the way that she achieves this will also require you to have a good cardiologist on speed dial.

Tammy Louise's secret to preparing steak involves a frankly ungodly amount of butter.

Louise starts by taking an entire knob of butter, yes a whole one, and smearing it across one side of the steak.

Louise can be heard telling her friend who is filming her, "You don't want any less than this," as she covers the steak in a layer of butter thicker than most walls.

The next step is particularly tricky as it involves, you guessed it, more butter.

After flipping the steak over, Louise picks up another entire stick of butter and thwacks it on the as-yet unbuttered side of the steak. She massages the butter in, covering this side as well, all with the ferocity of a cat that's been stuck in a tumble dryer.

As she prepared her blood-churning steak, she proclaims: "Forget going out to eat at fancy restaurants, this is the best."

And, she's probably not wrong, as if you eat this then you won't be able to get out of your chair to head to a restaurant.

Louise empties a packet of taco seasoning onto the butter, then plops it in a frying pan.

The steak and two knobs of butter hit the frying pan like a donkey falling through a skylight, and it isn't long until rivers of melted butter burst from underneath.

"The butter soaks. It's going to make it creamy, yummy, all good," Louise explains while her friend watches on, presumably stifling a tear, helpless to the atrocity that is occurring before her.

Just when you think you're safe, more butter is added.

As though spurred on by the screams of gluttonous souls trapped in hell, Louise flips the steak over and then is compelled to add yet another entire stick of butter onto the steak. The third knob of butter follows its comrades, helplessly melting into the pan.

The steak marinades in the butter and taco seasoning as Louise and her friend exclaim such thoughts as "Wow," "It's cooking so well," and, "Wooow."

To be fair, the end product looks better than expected.

Although, this is a pretty costly meal, both in terms of taking literal years off your life and in terms of the amount of butter you have to buy to create this. Louise, to her credit, does take a bite and seems quite content with herself — even if she has just presumably angered some ancient deity with this creation.

Are you tempted to try Louise's buttered steak with extra butter and a side of butter?

I cannot say that I am keen to try this, in fact I think that my cholesterol went up by just watching her create this dish.
