Meghan Trainor Won't Let Anyone Make Her Feel Bad About Bottle-Feeding: 'I Never Felt Guilty'

Meghan Trainor is all about that bass, and all about doing what's best for her family. In a world where mothers can be called out for the smallest things online, it's a breath of fresh air to see a celebrity not care what anyone thinks about their parenting decision.

Now, the 27-year-old is opening up about her decision to bottle feed her 5-month-old son, Riley.

Singer Meghan Trainor is getting candid in a new interview alongside hubby Daryl Sabara and their 5-month-old baby boy, Riley.

The first time mom is revealing that she was quick to make the best decision for her family, which meant switching to formula feeding after trying her best with the breast.

"I did a lot of research before of like why is breastfeeding so hard. Especially with a [Cesarean] section, my body wasn't like, 'Alright, time to make milk,' " she told *Today*.

“I was pumping as soon as I got to my room after the C-section. (But) I really struggled making milk,” Meghan shared. "So finally, I was like, ‘I’m done.’"

The singer made it clear she had to do what was best for her and her baby, despite what people might say.

"Everyone was like, ‘Good for you. I’m proud that you even tried,'" she recalled. "I never felt guilty."

"If I walk in a room, he just lights up," she added.

"No one told me, 'He’s gonna love you so much and light up when you walk in a room. You’re like, 'Oh my goodness. We’re his everything.'"

We love how unapologetically Meghan has decided to live her life and love her baby! I hope she inspires more moms to feel confident in whichever feeding method they chose!

Way to go, Meghan!
