Life with hedgehogs is pretty wild.
Quite literally, in the case of TikTok user @prickleparty. They look after a group of wild hedgehogs that wander through their backyard, and it is ADORABLE.
With the summer heat in full swing, they decided to build a hedgehog pool in the yard. Needless to say, the hedgehogs loved it. Let's check it out.
They don't house or keep them as pets, but instead encourage the wild hogs to hang out and play in the yard of their own free will. The newest addition to the yard? A pool!
They build a rectangular wooden frame, laid tarp inside it and around it, and then weighed the tarp down with rocks and bricks. They even built a little ramp for the hedgehogs!
Two hedgehogs immediately inspected the pool, and eventually took a little dip in the water! I love seeing what they get up to when there's no humans around.
After spotting one hedgehog bodily shove another into the pool, @prickleparty made a little sign for the poolside area. Safety first, everyone!
