There are few things worse than realizing you've accidentally sent the wrong text message to someone. Sometimes it's just slightly embarrassing, but other times, it is mortifying.
However, if you've ever sent a racy text to the wrong person, you're not alone! As it turns out, Hollywood legend Drew Barrymore has also done this mortifying thing, which should make us all feel better!
The feeling of hot sweat and panic. The feeling of instant regret. The feeling of wanting to crawl into a hole and stay there forever.
Ah yes, I know it well.
In a recent episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, the actress got candid about a text mixup during a game of "Did the Crime, Sip the Wine" alongside Ross Mathews, Nina Dobrev, and Julianne Hough.
She continued: "I sent it, turns out, to a 16-year-old boy named Matthew. Anyway, long story... He then wrote me back and was like, ‘I have your video but I promise I won’t put it out anywhere.’"
"Thank God for Matthew for being such a kind, young gentleman not to put it out there in the world," she concluded.
