Taco Tuesdays Just Got Better Thanks To A New Taco Pickle Trend

The internet can be a wondrous and magical place if you're a foodie. Social media has given us the opportunity to be able to share and learn first-hand about some of the most delectable food combinations possible.

The latest trend that seems to be gaining traction is a tasty treat known as "tickles" or taco pickles. This admittedly odd pairing is taking the internet by storm and is something you simply have to try.

The first thing that you're going to need is a jar of pickles.

Dill or sweet, it makes absolutely no difference.

If at all possible, make sure to try it with either pickle spears or slices — since they'll be able to better absorb the flavor.

From there, you're going to want to head to your spice cupboard and grab a packet of seasoning mix.

If you're the kind of big shot who likes to crush and grind your own chilies and peppers — all the power to you.

But for those who opt for something a little more convenient, Old El Paso works just fine for me.

Open up the jar of pickles and dump in the entire packet of seasoning mix.

Now comes the fun part — give that jar a shake! But make sure the lid is securely fastened before you do.

Believe me when I say that cleaning pickle juice from off your ceiling is neither easy nor is it fun.

Then comes the hardest part — the waiting.

After the taco seasoning is well-mixed and completely dissolved, put the jar of pickles back in the fridge and wait for 24 hrs.

Then all that's left to do is enjoy your deliciously briny, Mexican-inspired snack!
