Getting their nails done, right? But, you can't exactly get them to paint yours every day — after all, most moms are looking for activities that will keep kids occupied so they can get a few minutes of peace. Well, there is a better idea out there, and it's quite brilliant.
All you need are a few items to get things going. Get some cardboard, markers, and of course, a bunch of nail polishes you don't mind using.
Create a few of these sets of hands. Then you can set up a nail station beside each set of hands with different nail polish options.
That way, you don't have to worry about running out of cardboard. I think this looks like a fabulous activity. Aren't your kids going to love it?
I bet it's a lot. You can even prepare the cardboard hands ahead of time. Just keep giving them new ones to paint colors on, ha, ha!
They can come up with funky nail patterns they can create using their imagination. This is not only useful but creative, too.
You can even take this a step further and teach the girls more about makeup. They can draw eyes and play with some eye shadow color combinations. The possibilities with this idea are virtually endless.
I say whatever keeps them occupied safely is a good thing in my book. It's also a great bonding activity for sisters, and I love that about it.
