During a 2013 interview with Metro, Celine said that whenever her mother would hear the stories on the news — she would always assume that they were true.

Dwayne ' The Rock' Johnson

Supposedly, the young star went into cardiac arrest after receiving a lapdance inside a popular Dallas strip club. Other reports indicated it was because Nick had neglected his diabetes.

In November of 2020 #RIPDrake began trending on Twitter with an L.A. Times headline that read "Drake Canadian Songwriter And Rapper Dies At 34."

When fans clicked on the link, it redirected them to a video of Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up."

Taylor Swift

In early 2012, a fake Twitter account that was claiming to be MTV News began circulating a story that Taylor had been found dead and unresponsive in her home.

She's been the victim to similar hoaxes that have occurred in 2009 and again in 2016.
