16+ Fascinating Pics That Offered Us Perspectives We Rarely See

A change in one's perspective every once in a while is healthy. It shakes us out of the monotony of our own lives and reminds us that things are wildly different for every single person.

This list is full of little shifts, small differences, and unique sights that we rarely get to see. Hopefully, this helps you get the change you need!

"I was born without finger or toe prints."

This would make joining the Men in Black one step easier. Or you already were and were made to forget. Curious.

"I found (and drank) wine in my parents house that was made when Yugoslavia still existed."

No taste review unfortunately, but seeing as they didn't complain I'll guess that it was perfectly alright.

"Only the left handle of the door has scratches because of wedding rings."

Oh, how jealous left handle must be of right handle in all its pristine glory, and how jealous right handle must be of left handle's many brushes with true love.

What? They're just door handles and it's not that deep? Jeez, alright.

"These stairs between office buildings with a plate for people in heels."

Would it kill them to make the whole stair like this so those in heels don't need to be herded to the side like cattle?

"These gender neutral bathroom doors."

The signs tell us all we truly need to know and give people options if one's full, which seems good to me!

"Found these keys hiding under a rock, at the base of a tree outside my house."

Are they keys to your house? Ones you didn't put there? If so, you might have a bigger, scarier mystery afoot.

"[...] what the top of an apartment complex looks like with no roof."

"Open concept, bright, lovely breezes in the spring, amazing sunlight. Perfect if you're looking for constant breaths of fresh air. $3000 a month."

"The Australian Suns effect on my black sofa that was next to a window."

I'm suddenly feeling a lot more self-aware about my sunscreen usage, or lack thereof.

"The way the snow melted on the back side of this sign."

This should make sense, but every way I try to explain it to myself leaves me with a headache.

"Cut board looks like a cat!"

And he looks even more shocked about being in there than you were to find him!

"Sideways view of the Hyatt Atlanta elevator."

This looks like the high-tech, future travel pods I wish we had today. Instead, we still have trains and concrete architecture.

"Skull imprinted from pasta water drying on stovetop [...]."

This looks so much like a cartoonish cloud that puffs out of a bottle of poison, you might not want to eat that pasta.

"[...] leaping frog."

I never considered how muscular a frog's legs were. I wish I never had to, either, this image upsets me.

"A Teenage girl's bedroom in an abandoned house has been stuck in time since the mid 80's."

There's a pretty good chance we'll see this again in another few decades or so, but Justin Beiber and One Direction posters instead. Same image, different time.

"[...] reflection of the sky."

I spent a minute thinking those were toxic clouds of smoke rolling in before I realized what was happening.

"My 4 year old accidentally hit me in the face so hard that it left a perfect eyeball print on my glasses."

I never want to think about the feeling of my eyeball touching my glasses lense ever again. A shiver just shot down my spine when I did.

"Found a piece of newspaper in a toilet paper roll."

It's nice to have proof that they're recycling, but that letter seems pretty socked about where it ended up.

"The Windows XP wallpaper is now a vineyard."

And it still makes for a beautiful laptop background. I hope I hold up as well as I get older.

"My city has a growing number of [turkeys] that just roam about."

Hey, don't be rude, they're economy-helping tourists! It's not nice to take pictures and treat them like outsiders.

"This rock that looks like a loaf of bread with a bite taken out."

I get that it's a rock. I believe that it's a rock. I know that it's a rock. I still want to bite it so, so badly.
