Pumpkin carving is a fun tradition that many of us look forward to taking part in. There is just something so satisfying about allowing yourself to feel like a kid again, sinking your hands and arms right into the gooey innards of a pumpkin, scooping out all the gunk, saving the seeds to bake and snack on, and feel like a crafty person, even if for a moment.
