Jake Paul and Tana Mongeau Charged Fans $50 To Watch Their Wedding

Jake Paul and Tana Mongeau can't seem to stay away from outage — it's almost like they're doing it on purpose or something. Despite only being together just shy of two months, the are-they-or-are-they-not-for-real whirlwind pair got engaged on Tana's birthday in June, and it looks like they just tied the knot in Vegas last night.

Fans still aren't convinced the relationship is real.

Fans of both Jake and Tana have had their doubts about the legitimacy of this relationship, and so has the couple themselves. In videos uploaded to each of their YouTube channels, they both initially claimed they were just friends. Tana says they "should date for clout."

Fans were really shocked when they got engaged shortly after that.

On Tana's 21st birthday, which was coincidentally being filmed for her MTV show Tana Turns 21, after surprising Tana with a car as a present, Jake surprised her again by bringing out a big cake that read "MARRY ME TANA" and proposed.

They even had official engagement photos taken.

A lot of their fans were split on whether this was all done as publicity for Tana's show, if they really were engaged, or maybe a combination of both.

Tana doesn't seem to care if people think it's fake, though.

Late last night Tana tweeted out this message, calling out all the non-believers in her and Jake's relationship.

Fans who do support her and Jake's wedding were in for a surprise though.

In order to watch the live-stream of the wedding, fans were asked to pay $49.99 to the streaming site Halogen.

There were a lot of upset fans.

People were quick to point out that a majority of Jake and Tana's fans are young kids and teenagers, so Jake and Tana requesting money from them for a live-stream for what might be a fake wedding is not a good look.

Other people saw the lighter side.

One fan even joked that, "That’s so expensive, for $50 I should get a subscription to all his future weddings too," referencing the last time Jake got "married" on his vlog in what turned out to be a massive prank.

There's been a lot of love and support going their way as well.

Most of their fans are supportive of their wedding and excited to see it, either as part of Tana's MTV show or when it is eventually uploaded onto their channels, as they've said they'll do.
